"This is not about fixing your child. It is about understanding them — and changing what you bring into the room first. If that isn't something you're willing to do, this work will frustrate you, and that's okay. It just means the timing isn't right yet."
This work starts with the parent, not the child. Every programme begins with your own emotional patterns, triggers, and inherited beliefs. If you are only here to change your child's behaviour without examining your own, this is not the right container for you.
Relational repair takes time. These programmes are structured and supported, but they require real engagement between sessions. If you are looking for a technique to apply once and see immediate results, this will disappoint you. Deep change is slow, and it is also lasting.
These programmes are coaching and education — not therapy, crisis support, or clinical mental health services. If you or your child are currently in active crisis, experiencing severe mental health episodes, or require immediate clinical care, please seek a licensed mental health professional first. This work may be appropriate alongside or after that support.
The safety and stability of both parent and child must be present for coaching to be effective. If there is active addiction, untreated severe mental illness, or a domestic violence situation in the home, this is not the right starting point. Specialised support is needed first.
This is not a rescue service. The work is done by you, supported by the coaching container. If you are looking for someone to take over, fix things on your behalf, or be available without boundaries, this will not be a good fit. What is offered here is structure, guidance, and a safe space to do your own work.
These programmes include nervous system regulation practices, guided reflection, inner child work, and somatic elements alongside more cognitive, structured learning. Feeling uncomfortable during this process is normal — and expected. What matters is willingness. If you are unwilling to face your own emotions, wounds, or patterns even when it feels hard, the work will not land. Bravery is the only prerequisite — not readiness, not ease.
Estela works well with highly sensitive children, emotionally reactive teens, and high-functioning individuals including those with ADHD. She does not specialise in low-functioning autism or conditions requiring specialist therapeutic intervention. If your child's needs fall outside this scope, she will say so honestly and help you find a better fit.
All programmes offered through Wholeness Withinc. are coaching and education based. They are not therapy, counselling, psychiatric care, or crisis intervention. They do not replace clinical or medical services.
What they are:
- A structured, supported space to develop emotional awareness and communication skills
- A practical container to understand your child's inner world and rebuild connection
- An experiential process to interrupt old patterns and build new relational habits
- A safe environment to do personal growth work in the context of family
- Mothers who are self-aware and willing to examine their own patterns first
- Mothers whose child is sensitive, emotionally intense, or starting to withdraw — and who sense something needs to change before it goes further
- Mothers who have tried other things — books, therapy, advice — and feel like something deeper is still missing
- Mothers who want real connection with their child, not just surface compliance
- Mothers ready to do this work even when it is uncomfortable
- Mothers who understand that the change starts with them
