How Wholeness Withinc. collects, uses, and protects your personal data — and the choices you have.

Last updated: June 2026. This policy explains how we handle your information in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). If anything here is unclear, please contact us at the address below.

Who we are

Wholeness Withinc. is the coaching and education practice of Estela Lim Yan Ling, based in Singapore ("we", "us", "our"). We are responsible for the personal data collected through this website and our related services.

What we collect

We only collect what we need to respond to you and provide our services:

  • Contact details — your name, email address, and anything you choose to tell us when you email us or book a call.
  • Booking information — when you book a free call, scheduling is handled through Google Calendar's booking tool, which collects your name, email, and chosen time.
  • Webinar & event sign-ups — if you register for a webinar or programme, we collect your name, email, and registration details.
  • Programme information — if you work with us, we keep the notes and information you share that are necessary to support your coaching.
  • Technical data — basic, non-identifying information your browser sends (such as device and general usage), which may be processed by the third-party services below.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiries and arrange consultations.
  • To deliver the webinars, programmes, and services you sign up for.
  • To send information you have asked for, or that relates to a service you are using.
  • To improve our website and the way we communicate.
  • To meet legal, accounting, and record-keeping obligations.

We rely on your consent, and on the legitimate purposes of running our practice, as the basis for using your data. You can withdraw consent at any time (see "Your rights").

Third-party services

This site and our services use trusted third parties that may process some of your data on our behalf. These currently include:

  • Google — Calendar booking and Google Fonts (which loads fonts when you visit the site).
  • YouTube — embedded videos on our pages may set cookies when you play them.
  • [Email / newsletter provider] — for webinar registration and any updates you opt into.
  • [Payment processor] — for paid programmes, payment details are handled directly by the processor; we do not store your card details.

Each of these has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data.

Cookies

We aim to keep cookies to a minimum. Some may be set by the embedded services above (for example, YouTube when you play a video). You can control or block cookies through your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law — typically up to [RETENTION PERIOD]. When it is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.

How we protect it

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

International transfers

Some of our service providers may store or process data outside Singapore. Where this happens, we take steps to ensure your data receives a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may, at any time:

  • Ask what personal data we hold about you and how it has been used.
  • Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Withdraw your consent to our use of your data.

To make a request, email us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

Our website and services are directed at parents and adults. Where we work with young people, we do so with the consent and involvement of a parent or guardian.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the current version.
